Table reservations are subject to conditions, please read the information you received when booking, the information does not constitute confirmation of your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation.
Your reservation is not exempt from paying the fee for paid events.
Your reservation is not exempt from the restriction on the entry of minors.

We can take reservations up to 2 months before the reservation time.
Our tables are located in separate rooms, not on the dance floor.
For reservations of more than 25 people, please ask for a special offer.
We are unable to issue coupons that can be consumed.
Reservation time frame between 8 pm and 11:00 pm.
We can hold your reservation for 15 minutes, after which the table is free, we cannot refund the price of your drink package.
Cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of the price of your reservation package (24 hours before opening time). The refund takes more than 30 days.
If you do not fulfill your reservation obligation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
When booking, view the “Bottle service” drink menu, from which you can select what you would like to consume on site. The prices shown on the drink menu do not include soft drinks, they are not included for free.
It is prohibited to bring pyrotechnic devices (starbursts, candles, etc.).
In the case of a birthday cake, bring the block with you, it is not possible to store it in a refrigerator on site. Plates and cutlery are not available on site.
You can only store gift alcohol in a block and in a closed state at all times in the entertainment venue. Please let us know in advance what you intend to bring so that we can notify security. If you unpack it, you will have to leave the building.
When booking a table, you can choose from several packages at specific times and in specific rooms.

We can take reservations until 5 pm on a given day, after which it is not possible.
If you miss your reservation time, we can no longer guarantee you a table, but you can collect your pre-paid package at the counter.
If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation (no-show), we are unable to refund the cost of your pre-paid package.
