Most of our parties and music gigs are free (awesome, right?), but sometimes certain rooms are ticket-only for special events (like live concerts). So, it’s a mix!

Lost something? No sweat! Just swing by between 6 PM and 5 AM, or give us a ring at +36 70 638 5040. You can also email us at info@instant-fogas.com. We’ll do our best to find your stuff. Pro tip: coming early when we open is a smart move (sorry, no help on Facebook for lost items). Thousands of people come to us every evening, please provide an accurate description of the item you are looking for. In case of loss of clothing, you can only inquire in person at the cloakroom during opening hours.

We operate a cloakroom in the complex (500 HUF/guest), we do not have a separate safe. Take care of your valuables!

We charge a handling fee of 500 HUF for each additional release of valuables left in your coat, so do not leave what you need in your coat! We do not assume responsibility for valuables left in coats.

If you pay in euros, we will return them in forints (1 EUR = 350 HUF). We cannot accept euro coins.

The cloakroom staff are not allowed to touch coats or bags!

In the case of a left cloakroom ticket, the release of the clothing / bag is only possible after the complex closes, the last guest leaves or the next day, after filling out a receipt. Documents required for this: ID with a photo and address card.

We keep the items placed in the cloakrooms for 14 days from the date of return.

The guest is responsible for keeping the cloakroom ticket from the time it is issued until it is returned. In case of an abandoned or damaged cloakroom ticket, a compensation of 2,000 HUF is payable (in case of an abandoned ticket, we can search for a coat/piece of clothing from 4:00 AM). In case of tickets exchanged within the same company and an abandoned ticket, the cloakroom cannot be held liable if the ticket was used to exchange the coat.

We’re eco-friendly here! Get your drinks in reusable cups with a token (300 HUF for both). Keep your token for refunds! Cup refunds only happen with both the cup and token. Refund station: near the cloakroom in the garden.

Little ones (6-10 years) can join for free with a ticket-holding adult. Kids 10-18 need a ticket and must be with an adult with a ticket too. Special wristbands or cards for underage guests. Note: Electronic music and post-10 PM events are 18+. And remember, no alcohol or smoking for those under 18!

We only accept ID cards with a photo, we cannot accept photos of ID cards and DÁP (Digital ID). Persons under the age of 18 can only attend concerts accompanied by an adult and must leave the facility by 11:00 PM.

Love your furry friends, but please leave them at home. It’s for their safety and comfort, and ours too.

Yes, we accept euros, but the change will always be given in Hungarian forints (HUF).

We don’t have a photographer every day, but when we do, check out the pics later on our Facebook page or website gallery. If a freelance photographer snapped your photo, ask them directly where to find the shots.

Yes, but only in the designated areas in the garden. It’s a legal thing and for safety, you know? The rule applies to all types of electronic cigarettes.

Absolutely! We’ve got an outdoor dance floor and another garden area, both winterized for those chilly months.

– Table reservations are subject to conditions, please read the information you received when booking, the information does not constitute confirmation of your reservation.
– We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation.
– Your reservation is not exempt from paying the fee for paid events.
– Your reservation is not exempt from the restriction on the entry of minors.
– Ask us in Chat for more information about reservations.
– We can take reservations up to 2 months before the reservation time.
– Our tables are located in separate rooms, not on the dance floor.
– For reservations of more than 25 people, please ask for a special offer.
– We are unable to issue coupons that can be consumed.
– Reservation time frame between 8 pm and 11:30 pm.
– We can hold your reservation for 15 minutes, after which the table is free, we cannot refund the price of your drink package.
– Cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of the price of your reservation package (24 hours before opening time).
– If you do not fulfill your reservation obligation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
– When booking, view the “Bottle service” drink menu, from which you can select what you would like to consume on site. The prices shown on the drink menu do not include soft drinks, they are not included for free.
– It is prohibited to bring pyrotechnic devices (starbursts, candles, etc.).
– In the case of a birthday cake, bring the block with you, it is not possible to store it in a refrigerator on site. Plates and cutlery are not available on site.
– You can only store gift alcohol in a block and in a closed state at all times in the entertainment venue. Please let us know in advance what you intend to bring so that we can notify security. If you unpack it, you will have to leave the building.
– When booking a table, you can choose from several packages at specific times and in specific rooms.
– In case of an event, please ask for a special offer.
– We can take reservations until 5 pm on a given day, after which it is not possible.

For some big parties, you can grab a “queue jump” ticket. If you’ve got a ticket for a paid event (like a concert), you get special entry without waiting in the free line.

You can count on us during Christmas, just like on almost every holiday. The only change is that we usually open a bit later, but the party still goes on until 6 AM. We typically post the holiday opening hours on our Facebook and Google profiles in December.
