HOUSE RULES OF INSTANT-FOGAS COMPLEX
1. OPENING HOURS
The Instant-Fogas complex is open every day of the week from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Visitors to the Instant-Fogas complex do so at their own risk.
• We reserve the right to change the programme.
• The times given on the ticket and on the website are for informational purposes only; the duration of concerts and other events may vary from what is advertised.
• At closing time or upon being asked to do so, guests must leave the Instant-Fogas Complex premises immediately.
2. ENTRY TO THE AREA OF THE INSTANT-FOGAS COMPLEX
2.1 The entire area of the Instant-Fogas Complex (Akácfa utca 49-51) is considered private property. By entering through the following entrances, you acknowledge and accept the House Rules.

The area in front of the Instant-Fogas Complex is considered public space. The Security Service is not obliged to take action in cases that occur there.
Entry to the Instant-Fogas complex is free. Exceptions to free entry include concerts and special events for which the Instant-Fogas complex may charge an entry fee.
Tickets: It is valid for staying in the designated guest area of the Instant-Fogas complex from opening to closing, in the areas belonging to the purchased ticket, and its price depends on the programme. Tickets are valid for one-time entry; once you leave the premises of Instant-Fogas, you may not re-enter with the same ticket. Once the wristband is placed, it may not be transferred to another person. A damaged wristband is not valid and cannot be used to enter the Instant-Fogas complex.
We can only accept entry tickets, whether printed or purchased online. The receipt confirming your purchase does not serve as an entry ticket; if you have not received your ticket, please contact the seller.
Tickets for events in the Instant-Fogas complex can only be purchased from the contractual partner of Instant-Fogas complex ( https://tixa.hu). Tickets for events that are not or are not exclusively organised by the Instant-Fogas complex can also be purchased on the organiser’s own or contracted ticket sales page.
The Instant-Fogas complex is not responsible for tickets purchased from sources other than the above!
If the number of people inside reaches the permitted maximum capacity, a “capacity stop” will take effect. In this case, security may restrict entry to ensure that the maximum number of people is not exceeded. If you leave the building during a “capacity stop”, you will have to stand in line and wait until you can enter.
2.2 Entry to and exit from the Instant-Fogas complex is permitted only through the entrances guarded by the organisers.
The Instant-Fogas complex uses the personal and property protection service provided for in Act CXXXIII of 2005. Prior to entry and inside the entire Instant-Fogas complex, the organisers and security staff may check guests’ clothing and belongings in accordance with Section 26 of Act CXXXIII of 2005.
Security may refuse entry or import of prohibited items.
The security service has the authority to remove specific individuals or prevent entry. A person may be prevented from entering the Instant-Fogas complex if:
• he/she does not have a valid ticket for an event that requires one,
• he/she does not present his/her ticket upon entry despite being asked to do so,
• he/she does not submit to the required security screening,
• his/her clothing is inappropriate, dirty or his/her general hygiene is inadequate,
• he/she behaves aggressively towards other people,
• he/she is unable to prove his/her age with an ID card or other credible document despite being asked to do so,
• in the case of persons under the age of 18, he/she does not comply with the provisions of Section 2.3. of the House Rules of the Instant-Fogas complex,
• he/she is heavily intoxicated or under the influence,
• he/she was previously removed from the premises of the Instant-Fogas complex.
Anyone who was not allowed into or removed from the Instant-Fogas complex due to the above cannot claim a refund of the entry fee.
2.3 Entry requirements for guests under 18 years of age
• Children under the age of 10 have free admission to the events of the Instant-Fogas complex.
• Under 16 years of age, the Instant-Fogas complex and its events can only be visited when accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult authorised by the parent/guardian. Upon entry, we will only accept a Parental Authorisation Form that has been filled out in person at the time of entry or downloaded from our website and completed in full!
• Guests between the ages of 16 and 18 may attend concerts and events either accompanied by a parent or guardian, or, if unaccompanied,
by presenting a Parental Consent Form completed in advance by their parent or guardian.
Upon entry, we will only accept a Parental Authorisation Form that has been filled out in person at the time of entry or downloaded from our website and completed in full!
• Only people over the age of 18 are allowed to stay in the Instant-Fogas area after 11:00 PM – It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that our underage guests leave the Instant-Fogas complex by 11:00 PM, and it is the responsibility of any unaccompanied minor to do so on their own.
• After 10:00 PM, only people over the age of 18 are allowed to enter the Instant-Fogas complex.
• The security service has the right to refuse entry to persons under the age of 18 before 10:00 PM if the event on that day gives reason to do so. In all cases, this will be agreed upon with the manager of the Instant-Fogas Complex upon opening.
2.4 Objects whose possession is illegal or which otherwise pose a threat to the safety of persons staying in the Instant-Fogas complex may not be brought into the area of the Instant-Fogas complex and must be removed from there.
2.5 Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the premises of the Instant-Fogas complex, except for assistance dogs as defined by law. It is not recommended to keep assistance dogs inside after 10:00 PM due to the strong light and sound.
2.6 It is prohibited to bring bicycles (or other electric means of transportation) into the guest area of the Instant-Fogas complex.
2.7 It is prohibited to bring narcotics or substances with a narcotic effect into the Instant-Fogas complex. Under current legislation, the consumption of substances classified as narcotics is prohibited within the Instant-Fogas complex and is punishable by law.
2.8 Only bags, laptop bags, backpacks and nylon bags smaller than 30×30×30 cm are allowed into the Instant-Fogas complex.
It is prohibited to bring in any package larger than this size.
2.9 The Instant-Fogas complex operates a cloakroom during certain seasons, and its use is mandatory when it is open!
Persons responsible for security services at the Instant-Fogas Complex are authorised to deny entry to our premises if the venue’s capacity is compromised due to large bags, backpacks or other oversized items.
When using the cloakroom, the Instant-Fogas complex hands out a tag that can be exchanged later for the item dropped off. Lost tags are subject to a replacement fee. If this is the case, you may only claim your valuables after the last guest has left or during opening hours the following day, provided you provide a detailed description of the items and sign a report; for this purpose, you must present your ID to our staff so we can verify your identity.
The Instant-Fogas complex will document the case. The following items may not be left in the cloakroom: packages larger than 30x30x30 cm that cannot be hung up, food items and items prohibited by law.
Guests acknowledge that the Instant-Fogas Complex does not operate a “safe deposit or luggage storage”.
The Instant-Fogas complex does not assume any responsibility for guests’ valuables (clothes, jewellery, money, electronic devices, bags, etc.). We do not inspect the condition of items or assess their value when they are checked into the cloakroom; therefore, we cannot provide compensation for any tears, wear or other damage. We can store lost and found items for 14 days. We do not keep a list of the clothes and accessories we find, you can inquire in person in the cloakroom during opening hours.
The cloakroom may be used solely at your own risk, taking into account the above.

2.10 Drinks and food purchased outside the Instant-Fogas complex, graffiti tools, spray paint and felt-tip pens cannot be brought into the Instant-Fogas complex.
2.11 Professional cameras are not allowed into the Instant-Fogas complex. Exceptions to this are contractual partners and contributors authorised by the Instant-Fogas complex.
A professional camera is a device that apparently takes pictures and videos that are not exclusively for private use. The Security Service and the business manager are authorised to assess this. Upon prior agreement and presentation of the permit, professional cameras may be brought onto the premises of the Instant-Fogas complex. To request permission, please email info@instant-fogas.com
2.12 Only “gift drinks” for which an invoice has been provided may be brought onto the premises of the Instant-Fogas Complex, and these must be brought in after prior consultation; they may not be opened on the premises. If no invoice is provided, the security service may refuse entry.
2.13 Only birthday cakes for which an invoice has been provided may be brought into the Instant-Fogas Complex, and only after prior agreement. We cannot provide a refrigerator or cutlery. You may bring only plastic or wooden cutlery.
If you bring a homemade cake, you must provide a statement that you can present to the authorities in the event of an inspection.
2.14 We cannot accept editable photos of documents.
2.15 We are unable to accept DÁP Digital Citizenship Identification
2.15 When making a reservation, the information submitted through the reservation system becomes valid upon confirmation. If you do not arrive at your booked time, we can hold your table for 15 minutes. For reservations made for 11:00 PM, you must arrive no later than 11:00 PM. We cannot guarantee tables for missed reservations after 11:00 PM, but we will provide the pre-paid drink package at the bar. We are unable to refund prepaid beverage packages if you do not show up on the day of your reservation and the reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

In summary:
It is prohibited to bring the following into the premises of the Instant-Fogas complex:
• a device that is particularly dangerous to public safety
• firearms, gas or alarm weapons,
• umbrellas, walking sticks or crutches (except for medical aids),
• flagpoles,
• pyrotechnic devices, materials, explosive or detonating agents,
• flammable liquids (fire hazard classes I–IV) (e.g., paint thinner, paint additives, gasoline, etc.),
• tools suitable for creating graffiti (e.g. spray paint bottles, felt-tip pens),
• narcotics or narcotic substances,
• bicycles, mopeds, scooters, roller skates, segways
• dogs or other pets (except assistance dogs),
• travel or sports bags, laptop bags, backpacks or nylon bags exceeding 30×30×30 centimetres in size,
• remotely piloted aircraft (drone),
• drinks and food purchased outside the event venue
• fan and other molinos, banners and flags without the permission of the event organiser,
• professional cameras,
3. RULES OF CONDUCT
3.1 The Visitor shall behave in the premises of the Instant-Fogas complex in accordance with the general norms and in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, the GTC and these house rules.
Anyone may be removed from the Instant-Fogas complex if they:
• pose a risk to the life, physical integrity or property rights of other persons,
• pose a risk to the integrity of property and the natural environment,
• exhibit disorderly conduct or conduct that otherwise warrants police action,
• incite against members of other social groups or otherwise incite unrest within the public through aggressive behaviour;
• do not remove prohibited objects from the premises despite being asked to do so,
• have not entered the Instant-Fogas complex through the entrance or was previously removed from there,
• were banned from the premises by the organisers of the Instant-Fogas complex or the heads of the security service,
• their behaviour justifies security intervention and they do not comply with the security service’s measures even after repeated requests,
• become so drunk or intoxicated that their condition requires medical intervention.
Anyone who was not allowed into or removed from the Instant-Fogas complex due to the above cannot claim a refund of the entry fee.
3.2 Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking is prohibited in any other location pursuant to Act XLII of 1999 on the Protection of Non-Smokers, effective as of 1 January 2012, and in order to comply with fire safety regulations.
Vaping and the use of other electronic cigarettes are also considered smoking.
If you smoke in a place other than the designated area, the fine is EUR 1,000, and if the smoke detector goes off due to smoking and the fire department is called out, the fine is EUR 2,000. Both cases will result in a police report.
3.3 We do not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 or to intoxicated persons in the Instant-Fogas complex, and persons under the age of 18 may not consume alcohol or smoke in the designated smoking areas of the Instant-Fogas complex.
When serving at the counters, guests may be asked to prove their age with an identification document. If the guest is unable or unwilling to prove their age as described above, the operator may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages.
3.4 By entering the Instant-Fogas complex, the guest acknowledges that the Events may be audio and video recorded by the Instant-Fogas complex, as well as by contractual partners, contributors, press workers (according to the provisions of the separate contract applicable to them), other visitors and other third parties who are authorised by the Instant-Fogas complex. Accordingly, by participating in the events, the guest expressly acknowledges that his/her face, appearance and expressions may be recorded and published, provided that he/she can only be named with his/her express consent.
Further information on data management can be found at (LINK). If the guest is considered a public figure, they may be named without their consent. In the above-mentioned displays, the creator of the display acquires an unlimited, transferable and exclusive right of use in terms of space, time and method of use for the guest. The Instant-Fogas complex and persons licensed by the Instant-Fogas complex have the right to exploit, use (especially for the promotion of events), reproduce, publish, adapt, make public, communicate to the public and distribute the display without restriction in relation to the guest, without having to provide the guest with any compensation for this. The guest also acknowledges that the official photographers of the Instant-Fogas complex may take pictures during the events, which are available to the public on the Instant-Fogas complex’s website and social media platforms.
The guest is not entitled to make any claims or demands against the Instant-Fogas complex in connection with the above display.
– It is prohibited to photograph or videotape employees of the Instant-Fogas complex while they are working, and it is prohibited to take pictures or videotape the work area.
– Photographing or videotaping a person who is in need of care, receiving care, helpless or vulnerable is prohibited and unethical, and may result in a police report.
3.5 The operator of the Instant-Fogas complex uses a security surveillance system in the Instant-Fogas complex for personal and property safety reasons. The images recorded in this way will be deleted within 72 hours if no circumstances indicating the commission of a crime or violation have been recorded, or if the injured party does not provide information about this to the management of the Instant-Fogas Complex within the specified time.
4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1 If any event is cancelled (does not begin, or must be terminated at any stage) due to an external cause beyond Instant-Fogas’s control, a change in the program resulting from the performer’s fault, or a force majeure situation, Instant-Fogas shall not be obligated to refund ticket prices, provide compensation or make any other payment. This includes, in particular —but not exclusively—mandatory evacuation ordered by the authorities, extraordinary circumstances endangering life, physical integrity or property safety; bomb threats; other crimes committed by a third party endangering life, physical integrity or property safety.
4.2 The organisers accept no liability for any falls or other accidents resulting from the inattention of guests or performers—particularly, but not exclusively, due to the influence of alcohol—or for any consequences thereof.
4.3 If you notice anything unusual or see an unattended package, please notify security or any of our staff immediately! Please take care of your valuables and use the cloakroom if necessary!
4.4 We accept no responsibility for lost items! We do not assume responsibility for valuables left unattended in the premises of the Instant-Fogas complex or kept by our guests!
The organisers do not assume any responsibility for any damage to persons or property!
4.5 If someone intentionally damages the property of the Instant-Fogas complex, they are liable to pay compensation for the full damage. The amount of compensation is determined by the Management of the Instant-Fogas Complex in proportion to the extent of the damage caused.
4.6 In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of the security staff and leave the area calmly through the nearest emergency exit!
“New World Security” Bouncers Team Kft. is responsible for the security of the guests of the Instant-Fogas complex.
4.7 Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the immediate outdoor area of the Instant-Fogas complex.
4.8 No commercial activities may be conducted within the Instant-Fogas complex or its immediate outdoor area, unless the operator of the Instant-Fogas complex grants a special permit.
4.9 Please refrain from making noise in front of the Instant-Fogas complex and on the surrounding streets!
4.10 We ask all our guests to refrain from littering and to use the provided trash cans and cigarette butt collectors.
4.11 A reusable cup system is in place at Instant-Fogas.
The Instant-Fogas complex charges a one-time cup fee of HUF 400 for drinks purchased at the counter. Along with the cup, the guest also receives a token required for redemption. After redemption, the empty reusable cup is replaced with a clean one at the counter with every drink purchase. Reusable cups can be redeemed at the cup redemption point in exchange for the cup and the associated token. Without a token, we are unable to accept the return of the cup.
We can only redeem a maximum of 2 reusable cups per person per night.
A damaged, unusable cup cannot be returned! The Instant-Fogas complex is not responsible for lost cups or tokens.
In accordance with NÉBIH (National Food Chain Safety Office) regulations, beverages may only be served in new, clean cups.
In accordance with NÉBIH regulations, the Instant-Fogas Complex uses its own reusable cups, we cannot exchange or fill other glasses with drinks.
4.12 ABANDONED VALUABLES
If we find any valuables left behind in the Instant-Fogas Complex, we will store them in the office in the same condition as we found them. We have no obligation to notify you, we store it for 14 days from the date of discovery. If you have lost any valuables, please contact us at info@instant-fogas.com.
4.12 We will hand over high-value assets and documents to the Police after 14 days. After the handover, we do not have information about their storage or tracking.

5. COMPLAINT HANDLING
5.1 Guests can submit their complaints to Instant-Fogas via email at info@instant-fogas.com, orally in person and by phone at +36 70 638 5040, or by mail to Instant-Fogas (1073 Budapest, Akácfa utca 49.).
5.2 The Instant-Fogas complex immediately examines the oral complaint and treats it as necessary. If a complaint is made by phone, we will send a response electronically no later than 30 days after the complaint was filed.
5.3 The Instant-Fogas complex will respond to the written complaint in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt. It provides a reasoning for its decision if it rejects the complaint.
5.4 Guests can also initiate a conciliation board procedure, and the Instant-Fogas complex will also cooperate in the conciliation board procedure. A guest who is a consumer may initiate his/her request before the Conciliation Board having jurisdiction over his/her place of residence or stay, or before the Conciliation Board having jurisdiction over the seat of the Instant-Fogas complex. 5.8 Guest may also contact the district office with jurisdiction regarding their consumer complaint.
In consumer protection cases, the district office acts in the first instance. Jurisdictions of district offices can be found at https://jarasinfo.gov.hu/.
6. HEALTH CARE
6.1 There is a designated area for first aid in the Instant-Fogas Complex.
6.2 The on-site first aid provider: Országos Rendezvénybiztosító Mentőszolgálat Kft.
6.3 Only first aid is available on site, in the room reserved for this purpose. The medical staff will notify the National Ambulance Service if necessary.
7. EQUIPMENT PLACED BY PARTNER COMPANIES
7.1 Gaming machines (pinball machines, boxing machines, pool tables, and other coin-operated machines) may only be installed and maintained by an external operator. The operator is authorised to perform repairs related to the machines. Please contact one of the contact details indicated on the machines regarding your complaint. Instant-Fogas Complex assumes no liability for claims for any damage resulting from a malfunction.
7.2 The ATM located in the Instant-Fogas Complex is not owned or operated by Instant-Fogas. In case of a complaint, please contact one of the contacts indicated on the ATM.
7.3 Other partner equipment installed on the premises of the Instant-Fogas Complex in the future is also subject to the provision that the Instant-Fogas Complex assumes no liability for any claims for damage resulting from malfunction or other operational irregularities. Use of the equipment is at your own risk, subject to compliance with the terms of use.
8 PAYMENT IN EURO
8.1 The Instant-Fogas Complex determines the Euro exchange rate in accordance with the applicable laws and informs guests about this on a sign at the points of sale.
8.2 The persons authorised to determine the variable value (exchange rate) are the management of the Instant-Fogas Complex.
8.3 Our guests acknowledge that the Instant-Fogas Complex is not an official currency exchange office and is therefore entitled to determine the value of 1 Euro/FORINT based on its own exchange costs. Furthermore, they acknowledge that the FORINT is the official currency in Hungary; therefore, if payment is made in EUROS, change will be given in FORINTS.
Our guests accept the House Rules of the Instant-Fogas Complex by purchasing an entry ticket and/or entering the Instant-Fogas complex.
Instant-Fogas Complex and its subcontractors are not obligated to draw guests’ attention to the House Rules. The House Rules are posted in a clearly visible and illuminated location at the entrance (also on the website); reading and interpreting them is the individual’s responsibility. Ignoring linguistic or interpretive issues, or disregarding the House Rules, does not exempt one from compliance with them or from accountability.
The fees stated in the House Rules of the Instant-Fogas Complex include VAT and service charge.
